Country Manager / State Manager As a Country or State Manager, your job would be to respond to all company inquiries in your country/state and to cultivate new business wherever possible in your territory. In addition, it would be your responsibility to screen the actual website test very carefully, to insure that the use of words/phrases/text blocks/etc. “make sense” in your native language so that all the chosen website testers can easily understand and read the instructions/the survey questions/etc., and complete their job quickly and easily. |

Qualifications include a good knowledge of English, professional responsibility, and previous experience in marketing, preferably in telemarketing. The compensation will be by commission only. NOTE: If you don’t see the potential in this position, think about this: In addition to the customers that you attain from your own initiative, we will provide to you as many leads as we get in your country/state - from small mom and pop shops to Fortune 500 companies. Your presentation will help them understand that when they purchase AMR’s website-testing plan, it will not only give them important feedback on the effectiveness of their internet website on the consumer market, but at the same time, you are letting them see the wisdom in offering vouchers toward the optional product purchase by the website tester (and remember, we have many thousands of testers, sitting on our doorstep); that will result in the obvious: more money/more sales for the company. So whatever they pay to AMR for the test results, chances are very strong that they will make that money back and probably more, from the sales created due to the incentive of the voucher. You don’t have to be a sales genius to figure that one out – you have a lot to offer to potential clients and as long as you can communicate clearly, their main desire to improve sales will lead them to saying, “Yes!”...and you should be a big winner as a Country/State Manager.
